This is a binding agreement between Salt + Heart Photography and purchaser of high resolution digital images. Client has purchased photographs as high-resolution digital files taken during photography session with Photographer. Photographer grants Client permission to create reproductions of images as physical prints to be used for non-commercial purposes. Photographer does not restrict number of prints Client may make. Photographer also grants Client permission to copy, email, digitally publish, and digitally distribute images for private personal use.

Client may not use images for any commercial or for-profit purpose, including but not limited to: editorial, stock photography, sales of prints, resale of images in any way, or promotional media. Photographer reserves the right to use images for self-promotional purposes, including but not limited to: advertisements, editorial, print or digital publishing, contests, and public display. Photographer agrees to use images for self-promotional purposes only. Photographer will not resell images or prints of images without prior written permission from Client. Photographer maintains ownership and copyright of images.

Client is permitted to post images to public social media platforms. Client must give full credit to Nikki Rinc Photography for image publicly via linked tag, caption, watermark, or comment for any image posted to a social media platform. Any and all links used to give image credit to Photographer must include the following URL: www.nikkirinc.co. Client hereby releases Photographer from any and all liability for any damage or injury resulting from the use of images.
